3. In Wisconsin, I-94, just outside of Eau Claire. It helps to have driven the route thousands of times over the last 20 years.

5. It looks like
   Jason was the first
   with a pretty close answer. Aaron tightened it up a bit by guessing the correct exit. Justin had the state right. And Jill was correct that it’s just outside of Eau Claire.
   Specifically, it’s the Shooters strip club in Elk Mound, WI. The photo was taken while exiting I-94 for Hwy 29 eastbound, as Aaron correctly pointed out over on Flickr.
