I was curious to see where the Minneapolis schools closed due to heat are located, so whipped together this map:
Southwest Minneapolis and Longfellow seem to be particularly hard hit. What’s that all about? Do they have more schools than average without A/C? Or, are there fewer public schools in other parts of the city? Any ideas?
